Shipping
Times
Finished items will ship within 3-5 business days
Made to order items have unique creation and shipping times explained in each listing
Furniture may take up to 2 weeks for shipping
Options
USPS First Class- Tracking number will be provided, but does not come with insurance.
I cannot be held responsible or issue any refund for lost, missing, or stolen packages once items are shipped.
Priority Mail- Tracking number will be provided, and your package is automatically insured up to $100. Additional insurance may be available.
Furniture will be shipped via UShip or UPS,
White Glove Delivery preferred for large pieces

Once a package is marked as delivered it is no longer eligible for any insurance claims or refunds of any kind
Returns
I do not normally offer refunds or returns, but if there is an issue with your new art please contact me
Art is Imperfect
Small imperfections are normal, such is the nature of art.
You may sometimes notice tiny air bubbles, dimples, or a tiny scratch on your piece;
These imperfections are inevitable. They are your destiny. Embrace them.
More noticeable imperfections will be noted whenever possible.
